anthropologie liasis cardigan fitting review

i was curious about the liasis cardigan by monogram (hwr) when it popped online. it reminds me of the old anthropologie that i love. lucky for me, there was an online return in a small that i could try on. overall i thought the small fit and looked perfect open, but did not look cute when buttoned up. i would love to try the medium to compare. i would suggest going true to size.

anthropologie unconditional osier dress in brown fitting review

who doesn't love a lace dress with sleeves in a swingy silhouette? the unconditional osier dress certainly does not disappoint.

i went with a medium. fit perfectly. i didn't have any pictures, but i tried this dress on with a bunch of belts and practically loved any belt i paired with it. i wasn't loving the brown color and once i found out it came in blue online, it was no question.

i ordered immediately. with how quickly it sold out in stores, i wasn't willing to risk it. it shipped this week and i will definitely post a review when it arrives. i am curious to whether it will actually be blue or more grey.

anthropologie cirque a-line dress fitting review

better late than never with this one... though sold out online, it still is available in stores. i loved the whimsical animal print. loved it even more with my light blue bow belt.

i went with a 6. this is the same size i went with in the sing sweetly party dress from the spring.

anthropologie umbered houndstooth coat fitting review

though it's 80 degrees outside, i am still determined to be in the fall mindset. so i was delighted to see such a perfectly vintage coat at my last trip to anthropologie.

it's the umbered houndstooth coat, by tiny. surprisingly, i sized down to a small. even at 30% off, i just can't justify another 3/4 length coat. wishlisted for sale.

target find: xhilaration zipper front dress

spotted this fabulous zipper front dress at target this weekend.

runs true to xhilaration (juniors) sizing. i went with a large for additional length and room to zip over the bust.
my favorite is the cityscape. happy hunting!

outfit of the day: 10.08.2011

hello my pretties!

on thursday night i had a little shopping excursion.surprisingly, i skipped over my usual anthropologie and j.crew. of course i wasn't too far away. it was only nordstrom. :) i ended up picking this rebecca taylor blouse (it was waaaay on sale. not really sure why/how since it is full price online. but i scored) and then this skirt from the b.p. section. it was only in the fitting room that i realized they actually might work together. i loved the florals together. add a bow belt and today's outfit was born.
