memo board

i was hunting for the perfect memo board to use in an area between the living room and the kitchen in my apartment. we have what i like to call "found style" - a mix of modern, vintage, and girly pieces, so a plain old memo board would never do!

i loved this one from pottery barn, but it was too big and a little too pricey:

i love these, this one, and especially this one. if only i had enough wall space!

this one is from a vintage window, then filled with a magnetic board and covered in fabric. <love> a special thanks because she customized it just for me! it originally was featured with a really lovely vintage print. unfortunately, the colors didnt work in my space, and i asked if she could change it to a basic cotton twill fabric. she did and it is just amazing!
