and yes. i had to do a close-up of my new snow boots! of course, i finally ordered the joan-of-arctic boots (by sorel) from free people on friday night:
only to wake up to oh 8 inches of snow on the ground. greaat. i thought i could manage with my fryes (the planned boot of the day) but after one stop, i just had to run into target and get a pair of true snow boots to change into. the shoe aisle was absolute madness of course. everyone was trying to grab boots! i managed to snag this pair (literally, one pair left, happened to be my size) for about $25 (yay sale and extra 5% rewards)! i could not find them online, but they were c9 by champion and actually look like these ones no? they'll be perfect to tide me over until my others arrive (plus they are different enough to keep sporting throughout the season.)
