i don't know why but the seamingly maxi seems like it would be perfect for you! (especially in the beige/purple combo). i think the added flares at the bottom would be so pretty. i end up pulling this skirt up to be higher on the waist and i love it.
as for the double stripes, it actually looked pretty good. i made a couple comments on the double-stripes and friends told me that surprisingly it worked on me... :) who knows if they were just being nice. hehe.
i thought i already commented on this... but maybe it went away! people seemed to like the stripes! i think because they were different enough, it was easy on the eyes.
I still haven't tried on this skirt! I think I'm afraid it won't work on me but I'm going to have to get over my fears!
