a lovely terrain

the beginning of fall gets me in the spirit to nest a bit (okay, so maybe i am always in the nesting spirit, but in the fall it really starts to come out). i wanted to share some recent home finds from terrain. they have a great mix of little odds and ends, while also selling more one-of-a-kind vintage pieces. enjoy!

first these chalkboard labels would be perfect to put on baskets, bins, or jars. i love that they also have a curved edge.

because they are chalkboard, they would be easy to reuse. at $8 for a set of 12, why not stock up?

this scalloped edge side table is right up my alley:

i like the chippy, worn look - while still having that scalloped detailing. the blue color is also perfection. it would be so fun to use on a summer porch or on a garden patio. unfortunately, at $598, it will not be joining my collection.

back to a less expensive item - isn't little $8 jar darling? it would be so cute filled with buttons.

check out this steal for these ball jar recipe cards:

only $2.95 for set of five!

i love these vintage thumbprint candles, mainly for their inspiration.

i saw similar candles at anthropologie this fall too. i love the idea of taking vintage or flea market finds and creating candles. it is such a great use for all that glassware! imagine a whole table scape with different sized and heights of candle glassware. all those lights would glow and sparkle off of each other, so pretty!

now, for two more delightful garden pieces
such a lovely carolina blue in the arched back bench:

i would love to have a cafe latte or croissant sitting at this french bistro set:

until next time,
S
